Remote Network Files

Remote Network Files allows access to various network folders (Home Drive/Shared Drive) via a web browser, rather than logging into the full remote access system. This allows quick download/upload of files when working offsite which Remote Access is not designed to do.

The new site can be located from the Remote Access dropdown above or from the link https://remotefiles.birkenheadparkschool.com

Students can also use this facility to access their Home Directory from offsite using the same method.

Remote Access is still available for staff, should you wish to use it.

E-Mail

You have also been assigned a student email address; this is your ID plus @student.birkenheadparkschool.com  i.e if you log onto the computers as 009999 your email address would be 009999@student.birkenheadparkschool.com. To login please goto https://www.outlook.com and login with your school email address and password.

Microsoft Office 365

Whilst you are a student of Birkenhead Park School you are entitled to a 5 user license of Office365.

To install Office on a Computer, please navigate to https://portal.office.com and login with your school email address and password.  Then click "Install Office" at the top right hand corner. For Data Protection please do not share your school login details with anyone.
